October drill.
As a USMC-Reservist, I typically go to drill once a month to serve Uncle Sam. This drill was a little more different than the rest, two of our Marines got promoted to the rank of Corporal. As newly promoted Non-Commissioned Officers Cpl Potts and Cpl Flores handled tasks and delegating tasks wonderfully. It’s always bitter sweet seeing once fellow Lance Cpl’s get promoted to the same rank.
I am excited to see what the future holds for them in their career.
